These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lawrenceville Dumpster Rental Guys website and your engagement of our dumpster rental services. By accessing our website or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
We provide roll-off dumpster rental and related waste services in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and surrounding Gwinnett County communities. Service availability, container sizes, rental periods, and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking by phone.
Rental Terms & Pricing
Rental pricing is quoted as a flat rate that typically includes delivery, pickup, a defined rental period, and disposal up to a stated weight allowance. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the weight allowance, extending the rental period, prohibited items, or overfilled containers. All applicable rates are communicated to you before service.
Prohibited Materials
Certain materials may not be placed in our containers, including but not limited to hazardous waste, liquids, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, and appliances containing refrigerants. Placing prohibited materials in a container may result in additional fees and liability. See our accepted-items guide for details. You are responsible for the contents of the container during your rental.
Placement & Property
You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, accessible, and lawful placement location. While we take reasonable care — including the use of protective boards — you acknowledge that placement of a heavy container may carry inherent risk to surfaces such as driveways. We are not liable for damage arising from placement locations you designate, underground utilities, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Permits
You are responsible for obtaining any permits required for placement on public streets or rights-of-way. Containers placed on your private property generally do not require a permit. See our permit guide for general information, and confirm requirements with your local authority.
Weight Limits & Safety
Containers must not be filled above the fill line and must remain within safe, legal transport weight. We reserve the right to decline to haul an overfilled or overweight container until it is brought into compliance. You agree not to move or relocate the container once placed.
Payment
Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Charges for overages, extensions, or prohibited materials are due as billed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the rental or use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the applicable rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Lawrenceville Dumpster Rental Guys and may not be reproduced without permission. We provide website content for general informational purposes and make no guarantee that it is complete or current.
